Returns and Exchange Policy
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the ALBELLO Exchanges Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on www. albello.in
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on albello.in. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a gift card which can be availed at either of our store or on your next online purchase.
For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID on info@albello.com We are available Monday-Saturday between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.
Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
All prepaid and postpaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations and refunds
Exchange/Return of Products:
You may initiate the request of an exchange/return of a product if:
(a) Product does not fit;
(b) both the product and shipping package have been damaged;
(c) Product is defective;
(d) parts of the Product or accessory is missing;
You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
· The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
· The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
· The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
· Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
· There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
· The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
· Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
· We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of product on albello.in and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased products from you.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Exchangeable, Non-Refundable, and Non-Returnable Items:
· Custom-made orders
· Early delivery orders
· Orders with any alterations
· Accessories and footwear
· Products on sale
· Discounted articles
· Products purchased with discount coupon codes
· We accept returns/exchanges only for standard sizes (XS,S,M,L,XL,XXL).
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receiving store credits equivalent to the purchase amount.
· Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
· They can be used for any future purchases with us.
