2. Order Acceptance & Processing

All products are made to order. Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, even after your order has been confirmed.


3. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Dispatch Time: 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Time: Estimated 48–72 hours post-dispatch (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Charges: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

Additional Charges: None. What you see is what you pay.

Serviceable Areas: We deliver PAN India.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges: Free international shipping on orders above $500.

Duties & Taxes: All applicable customs duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Time: 1–4 weeks post-dispatch, depending on the destination.


4. Payment Policy

We accept only online payments via:

Net Banking

UPI

Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available.


5. Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders

Exchange or return is accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Product(s) must be:

Unused, unwashed, undamaged

In original packaging with tags

Accompanied by the original invoice

Reverse Pickup: Attempted twice; if unsuccessful, the customer must return the product at their cost.

Refunds: Provided in the form of a store credit after successful Quality Check (QC).

Exchange: Subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit or an alternate product will be offered.

Accessories & footwear

Early delivery orders

International Orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following cases:

Damaged/Defective goods (must notify within 24 hours with images)

Lost parcel / Wrong delivery

Return Shipping: Customer bears return shipping cost.

Refunds: Only offered as store credits after QC approval.

No Exchange/Return if the process is not followed or information is incomplete.


6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Allowed only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch.

No cancellations or refunds on prepaid or postpaid orders once processed.


7. Store Credits

Issued via email after successful QC.

Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Can be used on future purchases online or in-store.


8. Limitation of Liability

ALBELLO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our products or services.
